Every day we have daily lunch specials. They change very often and are usually items that are not on our normal menu. A general idea of our specials would be:
Andouille, Chicken, Lobster and Crab Creole - Classic cajun stew with spicy andouille sausage, chicken, lobster and crabmeat cooked with pepper, onions, celery, tomatoes, okra and cajun seasonings served over a bed of rice and scallions.
Panko Fried Fresh Scallops - Fresh large sea scallops lightly breaded in crispy panko and andouille breading deep fried until golden and served with creole remoulade.
Prime Rib Stroganoff - Chunks of prime rib slow cooked in sherry and mushroom sauce served over fresh egg noodles and sour cream.
Chicken Marsala - Boneless chicken breasts lightly floured and pan seared with mushrooms, onions, garlic, parsley and Marsala wine.
